Carol Joy London is an international hair and beauty brand with a head office based in the UK.
They came to us as a running concern having problems maintaining their current IT systems. Being a company on an international level required a vast amount of communication between their various cross-borders departments.
We helped them modernize their equipment and systems by moving their data onto a cloud based solution allowing easy access from anywhere in the world and minimizing their administration costs.
We both implemented and trained employees on how to utilize modern day software. This helped create a standardized environment so as employees could travel between offices in different countries and still have up to the second access to their current data. RYS Hair and beauty is a luxurious hair salon located in Knightsbridge, London
Rys Hair & Beauty came to us prior to their opening and required an IT infrastructure to facilitate their needs of a system to handle bookings and appointments, a telephone service for internal and external calls, modernising of their CCTV system, Wi-Fi and networking infrastructure containing both passive and active equipment and an audio system to serve their customers.
We aimed to create an installation that was both cost-effective and efficient for a starting business and had the ability to easily scale-up in the future as the business grew
Aura Construction is a mechanical & electrical contractor based in Kent.
They came to us as a growing company looking to implement an IT infrastructure that would allow them to expand while staying within the legal guidelines.
When we first spoke with Aura Construction, they only had four office based employees, outdated hardware and a basic network with little to no security and no redundancy. Currently Aura Construction employs nine office based employees with others logging in remotely.
The challenge in this project was to create a cost-effective network that allowed for expansion over the coming years, allowing for an integrated cloud, VPN, a VoIP system and a potential satellite office. All of these systems had to come with the inherent security required to adhere with the guidelines for storing their clients critical data.
